autodock时没运行成功 也没提示任何错误？
autodock时没显示successful completion 也没提示任何错误，对话框一直都在运行中，都运行一晚上了。。。。但是产生的.dlg文件没有10个构像，这是怎么回事？求指教，谢谢啦什么系统下运行的？准备的材料是否都放到了一个文件夹？如果是windows下面，最好用dos命令窗口运行，这样可以看到报错的提示。 第一次用autodock，做这个经典对接的时候，在File->Save->Wriete PDB 保存修改过得receptor分子的时候保存不了，求帮助
