Amorphous cell 中的密度问题

Amorphous cell 中对密度的定义为：
Density: The density in g/cc of the output structure. In the packing task, if the packing region is constrained by an isosurface, this is the density of the isosurface enclosed volume.
但是不是很理解，是溶剂的密度还是其他啊？这个密度值如何确定啊？
我看有的帖子上说建盒子时最好先用小密度，比较容易建成盒子，我就郁闷了，一定发温度下溶剂的密度是一定的啊，怎么还可以建个小密度的啊？还有就是如果密度是一定的话，为什么还可以选择往盒子里加入溶剂分子的个数啊？
