From which you can see how the author define the boundary and main body, and how he/she applies the velocity proportionally changed over the domain of interest.

2. Please check out the website below for knowing how to output the strain and stress and so forth.

You can scroll down to the bottom and figure how to define the strain as well as the stress/pressure tensors.
